Brisben Water Technologies' robotic water-jetting systems are provided through the company’s UltraStrip Envirobotic Solutions (UES) subsidiary. These patented systems are designed to provide an environmentally responsible and cost-effective coating removal process for commercial and military vessels, aircraft and automotive transport vehicles.

UltraStrip Envirobotic Solutions is developing a 3D laser scanning and high-pressure water-jet stripping system to remove coatings from the world's military and commercial aircraft. The new system is based on UES's patented 3D scanning and ultra-high-pressure water-jetting patents.

This system is designed for use by companies such as Boeing, Airbus, and Lockheed, which demand cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions for aircraft maintenance. Along with commercial aircraft, the new UES technology will be utilized for military cargo, new fighter aircraft such as the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter series being developed for the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force.

Transport Vehicles

UES is developing a robotic 3D scanning and de-painting booth based on its patented technology, for automotive and military rolling stock such as armored personnel carriers and tanks.

3D Automated Stripping Booth

Before any new paint can be applied to a vehicle body part, old paint must be removed to allow for good adhesion and an even coat. Paint stripping is usually accomplished by chemical stripping, sanding, or by using abrasive blast media. UES has identified the automotive and military rolling stock maintenance industries as future markets. Specifically, the Company will be targeting military depots and 30,000 of the estimated 200,000 plus auto body shops in the United States, including an estimated 22,000 automobile dealers.

UES’s patented technology includes a 3D imaging scanner capable of mapping the various contours of the object to be stripped. Once the object has been scanned and stripped areas identified by the imaging system, an automated robotic arm water-jets coatings from designated areas. This patented technology will be marketed to automobile repair shops, car dealerships, and insurance companies dealing in car repairs.
