Brisben Water Energy Services to Exhibit at the Developing Unconventional Gas (DUG) East Conference

Brisben Water Announces Current Production Volumes for 2010

STUART, Fla., Nov. 1, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brisben Water Energy Services, LLC, a majority owned subsidiary of Brisben Water (OTCBB:ESPH), a diversified water engineering and environmental services company, announced that it will exhibit at the Developing Unconventional Gas (DUG) East Conference and Exhibition from November 2-4 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The conference will focus on developments in the Marcellus Shale, an abundant natural gas reserve in the Appalachian Basin, which stretches over 600 miles through West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New York. The event will bring together major energy companies and service providers to discuss recent developments in natural gas production technologies and processes that will significantly contribute to the success of the region. The conference is sponsored by top industry names and will be featuring speakers from Range Resources, Atlas Energy, EQT Corporation and other experts from the oil and gas industry.

George Chapas, Director of Business Development for Brisben Water, stated, "We look forward to exhibiting at the DUG East Conference and the opportunity to continue developing relationships with energy exploration companies in the Marcellus Shale. The industry is quickly discovering how our proven chemical free Ozonix technology will help them recycle flowback waters and eliminate the costly chemicals that are historically required to reduce bacteria and inhibit scale during hydraulic fracturing. The use of chemicals during fracturing has come under greater scrutiny by regulators, energy companies, and the general public in the Marcellus region as they look to preserve limited water resources."

"In the last year, we have recycled over 400 million gallons of frac flowback and produced water for our energy clients in various shale plays around the United States. As a result, we have helped our clients eliminate an estimated 290 thousand gallons of chemical biocides and reduce the need for water drawn down from community aquifers, rivers and streams. This process is a win, win, win situation for the public, regulators and the industry in the preservation of drinking water."

George Chapas further stated, "The scale-inhibition effect of the Ozonix technology will be essential to the development of the Marcellus Shale, where the water used to fracture the shale can be a very high TDS brine. The Brisben Water Ozonix process is proven to kill bacteria and inhibit scale formation in flowback and produced fluids, eliminating the need for chemical biocides and scale-inhibitors. Our Ozonix technology allows energy companies to recycle all of their water so that it can be re-used to fracture the next well."
