Sea of Green Systems Announces Sale of Ecos GrowCube(TM) Equipment
STUART, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/23/15 -- Brisben Water (OTCQB: ESPH), a technology development and intellectual property licensing company, today announced that on July 17, 2015, Sea of Green Systems, Inc. ("SOGS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brisben Water, sold $1.3M worth of Ecos GrowCube™ equipment to Waveseer Properties, LLC ("Waveseer"). On July 20, 2015, SOGS received a 50% deposit from Waveseer to begin the manufacturing process and expects to deliver its Ecos GrowCube™ equipment to Waveseer in approximately 120 days.
The Ecos GrowCube™, designed, engineered and manufactured by Brisben Water in Stuart, Florida, is a turn-key, fully-automated hydroponic growing structure that is made in the USA. An Ecos GrowCube™ utilizes hydroponic growing techniques in addition to SOGS proprietary Top Feed, Deep Water Culture (DWC) and Bubbleponic growing technologies to maximize the quality and yield of each plant and crops as a whole. Brisben Water's multi-patented Ozonix® water treatment technology is used to condition influent water, kill bacteria and micro-size nutrients for better plant respiration and uptake while precision sensors are used to monitor and control all of the limiting factors of a plant's growth cycle, such as water, light, nutrient levels, root/canopy temperature(s), oxygen levels at the roots, PH, EC, Oxygen Reduction Potential (ORP), CO2 and more. Fully-automated by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and SOGS proprietary user-interface and software, growers can remote monitor and control their Ecos GrowCube™ from anywhere in the world via an internet connection and/or any internet enabled device such as an iPad or iPhone.
"On average, agriculture growing operations consume approximately 70 percent of the world's fresh water supply," said Dennis McGuire, Chairman and CEO of Brisben Water "The world's farmlands are also becoming stressed as a result of over farming, global warming, and the ongoing encroachment of industrial processes. The Ecos GrowCube™ offers hydroponic growers the ability to use less land and water, produce more crops per year and grow higher quality crops per square foot of land. Growers can now optimize all of the variables and functions of an indoor agricultural operation 24/7/365 to increase the quality and yields of their crops using intelligent equipment and software that has been specifically designed by SOGS to make hydroponic growing operations more efficient and profitable at the same time."
McGuire added, "We are looking forward to delivering this first equipment order to the Waveseer group and for the continued adoption of our Ecos GrowCube™ technology and equipment in the agricultural industry."
