CHEMICAL-FREE BACTERIA & CORROSION CONTROL:
Many water recycling processes use chemicals - chemicals that are costly and harmful to the environment. The Brisben Water Ozonix® Technology offers customers a chemical-free alternative to high-volume water recycling for a diverse range of applications ranging from the oil & gas industry and mining to agriculture, municipal wastewater treatment, and renewable energy.
- Ozonix™ is a Patented Advanced Oxidation Technology which uses Ozone, Hydrodynamic Cavitation, Acoustic Cavitation, and Electro-Oxidation to oxidize and destroy micro-organisms from contaminated water.
- With Ozonix™ there is no need for chemical biocides. Bacteria tests and dynamic tube blocking tests have established that water processed through Ozonix™ shows destruction of bacteria cell walls and scale-inhibition effects.
- A single Ozonix™ advanced oxidation system can process up to 3,300 gallons per minute - treating water to a level that is suitable for re-use.
- Ozonix™ products are mobile, self-contained and fully transportable - they go wherever you need them, require minimal mobilization time and are self-sustaining.
- Brisben Water's Ozonix™ technology is the only advanced oxidation process proven to provide high-volume, chemical-free water treatment and recycling services at the frac site for oil & gas operators.
- Brisben Water's patented Ozonix™ technology enhances the mass transfer efficiency of ozone to increase the mass production of bacteria killing hydroxyl radicals.
- Ozonix™...it's the most energy efficient and environmentally sustainable solution for high-volume, chemical-free water management.
HOW DOES OZONIX™ WORK:
- Brisben Water's patented Ozonix™ technology is an advanced oxidation process that increases the mass transfer efficiency of ozone to destroy bacteria, inhibit scale formation, and revitalize contaminated water for re-use.
- Ozonix™ saturates the inflow of contaminated water with ozone using hydrodynamic cavitation, acoustic cavitation, and electro-chemistry.
- Hydrodynamic cavitation and acoustic cavitation convert ozone into hydroxyl radicals (OH-) that decompose contaminates into millions of tiny cavitation bubbles.
- In a controlled environment of chaotic oxidation, highly oxygenated bubbles implode, heating the water to over 900° Fahrenheit.
- Submerged electrodes create a secondary oxidation process in which hydrogen and oxygen come together to increase the mass production of hydroxyl radicals (OH-) that oxidize all leftover organics.
- As water cycles through the Ozonix™ Reactor, bacteria cell walls are destroyed and contaminates are oxidized, returning clean water that is ready for re-use and future operations.
