Dennis E. McGuire
President and Chief Executive Officer, Brisben Water

Dennis E. McGuire, Brisben Water Technologies founder, presently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McGuire guides the Company through the continued development of clean air and water technologies to solve business and environmental challenges. Mr. McGuire has earned global recognition and respect for his accomplishments that are now represented by over 400 patents and patent pending rights in the major markets the Company’s technologies serve globally. Mr. McGuire received a top-ten finalist award from Discover magazine and the Innovation of the Year award from Ship Repair Magazine. He has been instrumental in forming partnering relationships with major companies including Carnival Cruise Lines, the Shaw Group, Pierce Manufacturing, and BAE Systems.

J.C. "Jim" Rushing III
Chief Financial Officer, Brisben Water

J.C.“Jim” Rushing was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors in September 2003 and served as Chairman from January 2004 until March of 2005, when he became Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Brisben Water, Mr. Rushing founded Corporate Resources Consulting Group, Inc, and held leadership positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Isolyser Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: OREX), as Chief Financial Officer and Director of New Life Corporation of America, and as Vice President - Finance, BBA Nonwovens.

Joe Allbaugh
President, Brisben Water Systems Inc.

Joe Allbaugh was named President of Brisben Water Systems in August 2006 and elected to the Board of Directors in October 2005. He also serves as President and CEO of the Allbaugh Company, LLC. As a former Director of FEMA, Mr. Allbaugh coordinated the federal government's post-9/11 response and recovery efforts. He was also a founding member of the President's Homeland Security Advisory Council. Prior to his presidential appointment, Mr. Allbaugh was the National Campaign Manager for Bush-Cheney 2000, Inc. where he successfully organized and managed a $192 million presidential campaign. Before that, Mr. Allbaugh served as Chief of Staff to then-Governor Bush in Texas.

Stephen R. Johnson
President, Ultrastrip Envirobotic Solutions, Inc.

Stephen R. Johnson has been a director since October 2003. Mr. Johnson joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Marketing in January of 2003, and in September 2003 became President and Chief Executive Officer until September 2005. Since its organization in October 2005, he has been President of UltraStrip Envirobotic Solutions. He had also served on our Advisory Committee since February 2001 until he became a director. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as Vice-President for the Ocean Development Group, as President of Marine Management Consultants L.C., and as Vice-President of Atlantic Marine Inc. Over a 20-year career with Betdlehem Steel Corporation, he served as President of the Ocean Shipping subsidiaries and Senior Manager of the Sparrows Point Shipyard.

John Odwazny
Chief Operating Officer, Ultrastrip Envirobotic Solutions, Inc.

John Odwazny served the Company as Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 2001 until November 2001. In November 2001, Mr. Odwazny was named Chief Operating Officer, and served as a Company Director from August 1999 until April 2006. Previously he served as a Senior Sales Executive at AKZO Nobel/ International Paint, the world’s largest chemical and coatings company, where he designed technical specifications of surface preparation and coating applications for large marine and industrial companies. Mr. Odwazny also serves on an Advisory Committee for the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.

Michael R. "Mickey" Donn, Sr.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Brisben Water Systems Inc.

Michael R. “Mickey” Donn, Sr. moved from Brisben Water to serve as President and Director of Brisben Water Systems from October 2005 until August 2006, when he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He previously served as a Managing Director, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Treasurer for Brisben Water Technologies since 2000. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Donn served as President of the 1700-member Miami-Dade County Fire Fighters Association, for which he previously served as Vice President and Treasurer since 1982. Mr. Donn coordinated relief efforts for the Miami-Dade fire fighters following Hurricane Andrew. Additionally, he set up and coordinated the Brisben Water relief effort in Waveland, MS following Hurricane Katrina. From 1978 to 1980, Mr. Donn conducted day-to-day operations of Dade Oil Company as General Manager.

Jacqueline McGuire
Senior Vice President of Administration and Corporate Secretary

Jacqueline McGuire has served as a Company officer since April 1998. Since January 2001, she has served the Company as Senior V. P. of Administration. Her responsibilities have included recruiting and supervising all administrative staff, as well as coordinating all company travel and costs, reviewing all expense reporting and managing administrative contract office equipment services. Additionally, her duties include coordination of the Company equity transactions and maintenance of the Company shareholder records and Board of Directors communications and meetings. Ms. McGuire formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Amclean Inc., an ultra-high-pressure coatings and removal contractor, from 1992 until 1997. Her duties included extensive travel to Europe to negotiate with equipment manufacturers on pricing, delivery and terms.
