Jean-Michel Cousteau

An explorer, environmentalist, educator and film producer for more than 40 years, Jean-Michel Cousteau is founder and president of the Ocean Futures Society, a non-profit marine conservation organization. The eldest son of undersea explorer Jacques Cousteau, Jean-Michel travels the globe as the "voice of the ocean," meeting with world leaders and policymakers, educating young people, documenting stories of change and hope, and lending his reputation and support to help energize alliances for positive change. At the 2001 Winter and 2004 Summer Olympic Games, he was chosen to represent the environment, literally carrying the torch for the Earth into the Opening Ceremonies. Mr. Cousteau has been honored as a Director Emeritus for his many years of service to the Company as a Director. He has played a leading role in helping the Company form eco-alliances witd shipyards and ship operators to protect the ocean environment from industrial pollution.


James Canton, Ph.D.
Institute for Global Futures

Dr. James Canton is a renowned global futurist, social scientist, keynote presenter, autdor, and visionary business advisor. He is widely considered a leading autdority on future trends in innovation. Dr. Canton is CEO and Chairman of the Institute for Global Futures, a think tank he founded in 1990 to advise the Global Fortune 1000 on trends in innovation, financial services, health care, life sciences, energy, security, workforce, climate change and globalization. Dr. Canton is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Research in Innovation at the Kellogg School of Management and serves on Motorola’s Visionary Advisory Board. He has advised three White House Administrations, the National Science Foundation and MIT's Media Lab in Europe. Dr. Canton is a commentator on CNN. He has been profiled in top-tier broadcast and print media, and his Global Futurist blog enjoys a worldwide following.


Leslie F. Kenne
Lieutenant General, United States Air Force (Ret.)

As a United States Air Force officer, Lieutenant General Kenne directed three major programs — the Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared System for Night (LANTIRN), the F-16 and the Joint Strike Fighter. Lt. General Kenne oversaw a $25 billion budget and an aircraft fleet of 3,000 F-16 aircraft, and managed financial planning, budgeting and repair of F-111 and A-10 aircraft, radio and air traffic control systems. Previously, she served as Director of the Department of Defense's $30 billion Joint Strike Fighter program, and as Commander of the Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. Lt. General Kenne has held Pentagon staff positions including Deputy Director in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, and Deputy Chief of Staff for Warfighting Integration. Her decorations include the Defense and Air Force Distinguished Service Medals, the Bronze Star Medal and the Air Force Commendation Medal. Since retiring from the Air Force in September 2003, Lt. General Kenne has served on the boards of EDO Corporation and Harris Corporation and is currently President of LK Associates, an independent consulting firm.


John Odwazny
Chief Operating Officer, UltraStrip Envirobotic Solutions, Inc.

John Odwazny served the Company as Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 2001 until November 2001. In November 2001, Mr. Odwazny was named Chief Operating Officer, and served as a Company Director from August 1999 until April 2006. Previously he served as a Senior Sales Executive at AKZO Nobel/ International Paint, the world’s largest chemical and coatings company, where he designed technical specifications of surface preparation and coating applications for large marine and industrial companies. Mr. Odwazny also serves on an Advisory Committee for the National Association of Corrosion Engineers.


Gordon Kuljian

Gordon Kuljian served as a company Director from June 22, 2000 until March 2006. Since 2000, Mr. Kuljian has served as Vice President, Operations for Chemstar Uretdanes Inc. From 1994 to 2000, he served as a Senior Engineer and the Operations Manager for Coatings Services at Corrpro Companies Inc. Mr. Kuljian has over 15 years of experience in the field of corrosion control by protective coatings, surface preparation and coatings formulation and application and has lectured and written several scholarly articles in the field.
