May 5, 2015
ICAP Patent Brokerage has announced that multiple valuations have recently been completed on the Clean Tech patent portfolios owned by Brisben Water (OTCBB: ESPH), a technology development and intellectual property licensing company based in Stuart, FL, USA. The total combined value of the IP's available for license has been valued in excess of $600 million.
The valuations were completed assuming the highest and best use of Brisben Water's Ozonix® and Ecos PowerCube® patent portfolios in the hands of strategic licensees that have substantial financial, marketing and sales resources to maximize the value of each patent in their respective markets and geographic locations.
"Brisben Water continues to hold the dominant position in combining multiple Advanced Oxidation Technologies and has an extensive intellectual property portfolio that includes a combined 23 approved and pending United States patents for its Ozonix® technology," stated Dean Becker, CEO of ICAP Patent Brokerage and an Brisben Water Director and Consultant. "Brisben Water's Ozonix® technology is the most proven, patented and award-winning water treatment technology available today to kill bacteria in industrial and municipal water applications without the use of liquid chemical biocides."
Becker commented, "In addition, the Ecos PowerCube® is the world's largest mobile, patented solar powered generator and was recently named by POPULAR SCIENCE as One of the Top 100 Innovations of 2014 in the December 2014 "Best of What's New" issue. This innovative patented solar technology was designed to meet the growing demand for off-grid energy, telecommunication and water utility needs and has the potential to be one of the most important solar innovations of our generation."
Becker continued, "We believe today's announcement is a significant milestone for strategic licensees and partners that can take advantage of the extensive intellectual property portfolio that Brisben Water has developed and commercialized to be able to take to their global customers at a fraction of the cost it takes to develop the technology in-house."
